We didn’t want to have a house built from scratch, but we wanted new construction. After looking at about 40 homes, we feel very lucky that our realtor found us a home being built by GlobEx. The doors, cabinets, floors, tile, countertops and general design are all outstanding. The attention to detail continually amazed us. The house was about 75% finished when we went under contract and Greg and Chris couldn’t have been nicer about letting us make some changes to suit our needs. They let us have a say in whatever was left to choose, although most things were so beautiful, there was no need to make new choices.
